These terms govern your use of campfiretales.shop and any purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Campfire Tales is a registered DBA in Wisconsin operated by the owner of campfiretales.shop. Mailing address: PO Box 171, Brookfield, WI 53005. Contact: support@campfiretales.shop.

What we sell

Print-on-demand apparel and accessories (tees, hats, blankets, polos), plus original AI-produced music and creative services. Physical products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partners (Teelaunch, Printify, Apliiq) on a per-order basis.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through Stripe Checkout. We do not store credit card information — Stripe handles all payment data under its own Privacy Policy and Services Agreement. Prices on the site are in US dollars. Taxes, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.

An order is accepted only when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, listing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, lost-package handling, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. At launch we ship to US addresses only.

Returns, refunds, and defects

Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing, or color preference. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the specific process and timelines.

Product descriptions and images

We do our best to describe and display products accurately. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor differences and batch variation in the blank goods. Descriptions are approximate; we aren't responsible for minor variations that don't affect the function of the product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the site's operation
• Submit false or fraudulent order information
• Resell our products in bulk without written permission
• Infringe on our trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property

Intellectual property

All content on the site — the Campfire Tales name and logo, product designs, photography, music, and site text — is owned by Campfire Tales or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item, not any rights to the underlying design.

Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. We don't warrant that products will meet your specific expectations beyond conforming to their listed description.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campfire Tales' total liability to you for any claim arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply only to the extent allowed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campfire Tales, its owner, and its fulfillment partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally by emailing support@campfiretales.shop shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that venue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where eligible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by updating the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The unenforceable part will be narrowed or replaced only to the extent necessary to make the remainder enforceable.
