Shipping
At a glance: Every item is made to order and ships directly from one of our production partners (Teelaunch, Printify, or Apliiq). Total time from order to doorstep in the US is usually 5 to 14 business days — a few days of production plus a few days of shipping.
Where we ship
US addresses only at launch (all 50 states plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses). International shipping will be added after launch; if you're outside the US and want to be notified when it's available, email support@campfiretales.shop.
How long it takes
Total time = production time + shipping time. Both depend on the item.

These are typical ranges. Peak seasons (Q4 holidays, major launches) can add 2–3 business days. Severe weather, carrier delays, and national holidays aren't included in the estimates.
Multi-item orders
If you order items from different categories (e.g., a tee + a hat), they're produced by different partners and may arrive in separate packages, sometimes a day or two apart. Each package has its own tracking number. You'll receive an email for each shipment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking is usually via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the partner and destination. If you don't see a tracking email within 10 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us.
Shipping cost
Standard US shipping is built into the product price — what you see is what you pay, plus tax where applicable. We don't add a separate shipping line at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order enters production (usually within an hour of placement), we can't change the destination. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping is yours — we can resend the item at the standard shipping rate once we have a correct address.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package is well past the estimated delivery date, start a claim by emailing support@campfiretales.shop — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
Damaged in transit
Rare, but it happens. If your package or the item inside arrives damaged, take a photo of both the packaging and the item, and email us within 30 days. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for remedy details.
Who ships what
For transparency: tees and blankets are produced and shipped by Teelaunch. The hat is produced and shipped by Printify. The Campfire Polo is produced and shipped by Apliiq. We (Campfire Tales) are the merchant of record for all orders; the partners are our fulfillment providers.
